About me

Izabela Rządeczka-Juga
Conservator NKF-N
In 2000 I have received a Masters Degree in Conservation of Painting and Polychromed Sculpture at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun.
Later on I was involved in numerous conservation and restoration projects: altarpieces, sculptures, paintings on canvas and also wall paintings.
In 2006 after moving to United Kingdom while working as a freelancer I collaborated with Seven Stories - The National Centre for Childrens' Books while helping to prepare their exhibitions.
After moving to Norway, from 2013 I manage my own conservation studio in Trondheim. Among my clients are: Ringve Museum, Trondheim Kunstmuseum, Trondheim Municipality and many private art-loving individuals.
Currently I work at NTNU University Museum predominately on a church collection and The National Laboratory for Age Determination on identification of wood species and wood charcoal macro-remains in archaeological finds.
